Launching the LiM Method
The LiM Method is an amazing system that empowers women to solve urinary incontinence through movement, using their slide board product in the privacy of customer’s homes.
INDIRAP partnered with LiM Method ahead of their official brand launch, allowing us to position them for success. We laid the foundation for a strong digital presence with video content, built their audience and reputation with consistent social media and blog posts, prepared their website to effectively guide visitors to purchase, and created traffic with engaging paid ad, email marketing and social campaigns.
Throughout the whole process, we stayed in consistent communication with the team, guided them through each step, and looked ahead to ensure their product release was polished and impactful. We tackled video and graphic content, ads, websites and blogs, copy and more - all the while keeping the unique LiM brand central and gradually building them up to an amazing launch.
The LiM team came to INDIRAP with an amazing brand, but no online presence or experience with brand marketing. We started from the ground up to build the LiM method’s content, reputation and digital presence - which, although challenging, also came with the benefit of having cohesive, end-to-end control.
LiM had everything going for them - an audience that was hungry for solutions, a system centered around a professional grade product and a research-backed, effective process, easy to set up and perform at home, a team passionate about what they do. The main concern the team brought to our attention was the taboo of the issue they addressed: women’s unrinary incontinence. Although widely experienced, the problem is not often discussed publicly, and many women feel awkward, stuck, or even disillusioned about seeking a solution. We needed to capture our audience, dispelling any shame or embarrassment in favor of empowerment, real results and the acknowledgement that incontinence is common, but not something women should have to deal with!
We began with our video content, including the key series: tutorial videos customers would be following along at home.
changensuring the LiM Method could bring any user through their process, We decided upon animated videos with voice over scripts. This style not only gave us the ability to create engaging visuals that capture audiences without previous resources, it was a fantastic method to represent a diverse range of people, and allowed us to visually show situations, platforms, and themes that would otherwise be difficult to show or would require frequent updates to stay relevant.
This strategy also provided flexibility to be easily updated in the future, as our voice over artists remained available moving forward, and animation can be edited without continuity concerns or needing to schedule further production.
The INDIRAP team guided the ILPMP through our process seamlessly, making their first experience with this type of content and marketing comfortable and easy. With our consultation and marketing assets, the ILPMP team gained insight into how to modernize and set their digital presence up for flexibility and success. The incredible video assets were turned over with unprecedented speed to fit their timeline, and are now being used to effectively introduce ILPMP and their value and services to new audiences.
Miraval Specialist profiles created a connection between future guests and the experts they’d be guided by onsite, building trust as they shared their backgrounds, personalities, and approaches. Guided Classes offer a sneak peek at the services Miraval offers, and allows anyone to learn, experience mindfulness, and try different meditation styles at home. We also elevate each aspect of Miraval’s guest experience with welcome, training and “take home” content. Using animation added variety to the Miraval content library, reflected their brand feel with the style, colors and characters, and worked to engage viewers immediately.
This phase addresses guest FAQ's and extends the Miraval experience beyond the resort visit. Take-home experiences like a sound library and guided meditations allows guests to continue their mindfulness journey on their own. Video tutorials integrated throughout their website and digital platforms answer common questions, guide potential guests towards booking and set them up for the best possible visit with ease. Ads and social posts draw attention to new experiences, support current marketing campaigns and grow general awareness of what Miraval has to offer.
This suite of content focused on Miraval’s Group Trip experiences, both for family and friends, as well as corporate retreats. Storyboards turned into gorgeous visuals that truly reflect the environment, relationship building and growth Miraval Resorts can offer visitors. This content was designed to live on their websites, be shared in sales situations and cut down for social sharing.
